Then where's the survey?? Doesn't sound to me like they have any intention of asking. Besides, I don't think any significant number of pilots would complain about a mid-contract partial pay restoration, survey or not. Especially if it was substantial... something along the lines of bringing our pay in line with our soon to be biggest competitor in ATL, Southwest Airlines.
Just to add some background info. I recently had a very lengthy email exchange on this exact subject with one of these "new reps" you think so highly of. When it was all said and done, it came down to the same old mantra of "what are you willing to give up to get that?" Very frustrating... because I had held out some hope that things were changing with the exit of the Lee Moak regime. Apparently not.
