That means we can focus on pay, retirement, & scope.
But nothing about the really big, most important items. We still haven't set any kind of objective with regard to restoration of our profession and our careers. Resolutions to get mid-contract partial pay restoration are ignored (excuse me, "received"). And input to the same effect is responded to with, "what are you willing to give up to get that?" I'll give you that some things are changing for the positive. But I still think our expectations are being managed, our input on restoration ignored, and essentially the same old playbook is being run. Like I said before, at least on the big ticket items... SSDD. From what I'm seeing, I'm not optimistic. Wish I could be.
