I'll give you that some things are changing for the positive. But I still think our expectations are being managed, our input on restoration ignored, and essentially the same old playbook is being run. Like I said before, at least on the big ticket items... SSDD. From what I'm seeing, I'm not optimistic. Wish I could be.
