Just about every forum is dominated by the same few people, including the DALPA forum. So no there is no good place to go. On the DALPA forum, one guys made a post that was basically, "Have a nice day". It took about 5 posts before it became a food fight.
The big advantage of the DALPA forum is that in the contract and scheduling sections the answers are QA'd. That is not the case here and bad info is posted all the time on here when people ask those types questions. If you have any scheduling, contract type questions I would post them on the DALPA site to insure you get correct information.
