The NMB needs to be killed off. There is no organization right now that is doing more to destroy collective bargaining right now than the NMB. They no longer protect union rights and they are no longer mediators. They are acting as judges as to the content of collective bargaining agreements.

Carl, you are exactly correct.
The NMB is out of control. They are dictating our contracts.
They might as well dump the pretext of "mediation". Just tell us what terms they will approve and save a lot of time. This business of just "parking" the negotiations for years and years because they think someone is making excessive demands is way beyond the original intent of Congress when they wrote the Railway Labor Act.
