Exactly. Put a no-furlough clause in place through Dec. 31, 2013 at least and then retirements will be in full force to take care of any "perceived" over-staffing issues the company will try to spew.
Staffing is a perception:
Management perceives pilots cost the company money.
My family perceives the company costs me time with them.
