My "favorite" pet peeve here at FedEx. Our pilots weren't bright enough(some still aren't) to figure out that years of service isn't a pay raise. They sat around for 10 years with their head up their arse without a raise. But it's OK because the same guys can't figure out carryover is overtime at straight pay. No smiley face .
