Corrections to rumors started here:

-There are no "20 Captains" leaving next month for flow. There ARE 4 management pilots / CP leaving soon (May 2nd I believe), that have been contractually held back for 9 months for their management roles. DAL is creating a class just for them.

-The first new E170 will not be ready by 5/1... too much paperwork/ops specs/etc. It is forecasted to be out flying in June or July.


All that aside, yes, major hiring going on, and they are having trouble filling classes.
