I hear you on that one. The only guys coming in with 300 hours are the WMU guys so far. There are only two that I know of at the moment and they are in the 3/14 class. The rest of that class averages around 1500TT at least.
The 2/28 class averages right around 1500, with the lowest time being just over a 1000.
I have a few friends that want to get on but can't seem to get called back. Hopefully they will keep interviewing guys off the street along with the WMU guys. Good luck.
