You have the flight time, with or without the CFIs, so go ahead and apply and they'll call you if they need you. Get your ATP written, your logbooks up to date, and start studying for the interview.

I read the whole book of Everything Explained for the professional pilot. Also I read "airline pilot interview" & the introduction of the Jeppesen Airway Manual. That should be enough to read.
