Yep, historically, cargo went first before passengers, and definitely before non-revs. They may have had some time critical cargo that was heavier then normal. Saw that a lot too. The 50 is not a good jet for non-revs, or cargo. Many times we sent a U-Haul truck up to the ski resorts with the skis that we could not carry.
