Actually, Comair is not the highest paid RJ pilot group. We just have a top heavy seniority list which skews our numbers up higher. As far as year for year hourly pay is concerned, we are actually toward the bottom of the so-called "bandwith" that management always opines about that we need to be in to be competitive within DCI.
Yes, and by furloughing junior FOs and downgrading captains, who will then be paid the highest FO pay on the scale, all the costs will come into line and they will operate cheaper....NOT!
