Got it, ACL. Thanks. But the distinction I'm trying to make is the NUMBER of passengers that routinely need to be left. 1 or 2 doesn't surprise me at all. 6 does.
I used to commute on Comair CRJ200 from DTW to JFK, often Travelnet would only show 44 seats authorized. Depending on the day, they would put on rev-standbys and non-revs, but those days, it was a 44 seat airplane.
