A better solution would be for us ALL to get a sizeable pay raise (or restoration depending on your perspective.) SWA W2's for all small narrowbodies is a good place to start, and then index up from there. That should be a minimum.
Depends on the fleet. He is a new hire on the 320 in DTW and already has a line. Also broke 80 multiple times as a RES. I guess he is on the front of that wave.
