Wow, I can identify with these comments. So much that needs to be changed with IT. Regarding check in functions of kiosks, it would be nice if you could dependably check in as a NR on the kiosk. I have repeated problems with the kiosk bouncing back to the start once I get to the pass classification choice. Check in as a crew member has gotten better but there is a long way to go.

Regarding hiring by IT - my son applied for a network security engineer position several weeks ago. He was called for an interview within a week. They stated that there were over 160 applicants for the position. He was offered the job shortly after the interview but the salary offer was $10k less than his currently job with GD. Reminds me of what happens when pilot salaries plummet. He hasn't accepted the position yet and they are still evaluating the salary offer.

There are so many improvements needed in IT!!
