I have another reserve question. Are you suppose to get a 48 buffer before ITU even if you have reserve days up to the first day of training?

On another note: are you entitled to min days off protection when you have ITU if you asked for min days off during the conflict/input window; my issue if that I had no reserve days knocked out other than those that specifically conflicted with ITU training. I'll end up working 6 reserve days plus 7 training periods and then I am sure that they will put IOE on my requal schedule immediately following my sims. Those aren't on my schedule yet, but after IOE is applied I will end up working well within conflict of min days off. Do I have a case after IOE is applied during the same bid month? Probably not...
