Until they take concessions, Comair's contract places them at the top of the regional food chain. Of course cuts are just around the corner, but until then, they lead the pack.
Their contract and pay might be awesome, but it seems like 30 years senority is the only way to hold more than 11 days off. Every guy I've talked to in Detroit has 20-30 years senority and only gets 11 days off. Add to that 8 year F.O's on reserve. Not sure Comair will ever be an option for hiring in the next century.
