Not that I'm aware of, what gave you this idea? A few months back there was talk of Ryan being contracted by Allegiant to fly their proposed 757 ETOPS routes, while they got an ETOPS program up and running. But I think several airlines had bid on it as well. In the end, Allegiant announced they were going it alone.
