Perhaps there's a Shuttle guy or gal who can verify this, but I've got two friends there who started late last summer and still can't hold ORD. Stuck in LGA for the time being.
Everyone that wanted ORD that is currently on the list, will get ORD as of July 1st due to the upgrades in Chicago.
