There is some history of them doing that, but I don't think they are short enough yet, there are still 350 people on the standing bid list for CRJ upgrade. I would suspect that they would have to if they win the 90's for NWA, Delta, or Airways. There's still more growth coming because they are now stacking jet classes, and recruiting east coast hardcore. So, to summarize, they don't have to yet, but they've done it before.
