The majority of the Cessna Citation line may be operated single pilot under an existing structured waiver program. Are there a few versions that do not meet the specs for the waiver; yes. However, the majority of the product line can be operated single pilot. The OP said citation time, and never specified a model... being that the vast majority of the ones in service may be flown single pilot, the advice for him to check what is and what is not technically logable is valid. When he gets to AMR, they WILL find it, and will ask.

Incidentally, "company op-specs" have zip, zero, zilch to do with when one can log SIC time in an aircraft. Neither do insurance requirements. It's all about the type of operations (135 charter, etc.) and what the aircraft was certified for in the AFM.

I'm glad it's your hot button. Now cool down and go re-read the regs. You will find 135's that require a second pilot, and you will find them that don't... guess where the difference is... yep, the Op-Specs
