That's easy- the 16 driver probably hasn't had as many missiles launched at him (trucks on the service road)
(ok, probably a bad joke, but the ramp there is crazy busy)

As far as I'm concerned, anyone who has DC 3 experience gets a free pass in what ever they want to do, as long as you keep your feet on the floor. No "happy feet" in the bus!
