I think we should hire the college kiddies over the prior service guys because watching the prior service guys go through the learning curve is just too heart breaking.

At least you can blame the parents for the sense of entitlement the kiddies have... watching the prior service guys wake up to the LCC world is like watching some innocent girl from Nebraska realize she just turned her first trick.
