We had 8 new hires that started few days ago and 8 upgrade announced few days ago. Might not be a bad move for those that are looking to jump in before the big movement that hopefully will happen. Rsv life sucks here as we're so understaffed but seems like management is finally doing something about hiring and upgrading. Dont see any growth in the foreseeable future but with attrition alone, the potential upgrade has got to be faster than Asa, pinnacle, republic, etc... Just my two cent
