Any code share agreement has to be approved by APA so Eagle isn't going to be flying large jets under codeshare for AA anytime soon. Only if the codeshae is with AA, there scope has and cannot by law intefere with the new eagle to codeshare with the onwworld members. You will be using your code and the respective oneworld carrier code. Like we do now except it is aa code first.
AMR would have spun off Eagle a long time ago if they could have used it as a profitable work around to the APA scope clause.
