You really can't acquire something to the size and shape that Xjt was in and assume rosy conditions immediately afterwards....perhaps a 1q loss, perhaps more following, but the overall dynamic of the company has been changed for the better and I for one applaud it and welcome perhaps a change in the industry.
The press release didnt mention the merger/acquisition costs as one of the 5 primary factors for the loss.
What change are you eluding to?
