The pro-rate flying's not going so well with high fuel cost, what a shocker, but it was more of a short term venture until block hours increased anyways. Regardless SKW is flying record block hours for UAL/DAL and we are scheduled to receive many more a/c in the near future plus the start-up of our Alaska flying. We are so understaffed it's not even funny, it's pathetic how poorly Mgmt has handled this and they've started beating us with a stick when we refuse to help make up for their shortsightedness.

This “my airline is better than yours” is high school Bullsh--.
