Sounds like "we got um.". Time for early contract negotiations and then parking of those RJs after their contracts expire. Do it. (isn't that from Starsky and Hutch the movie? Ben Stiller plays Starsky and at a party orders a rum and Coke from a waitress and then says, "Do it, Do it!")
