How about this, rename the major thread the Airline Thread and the regional thread Outsourced Airlines, if we did that then this thread belongs in the... in this thread just like it is. RAH owns Frontier, thus belongs here.

RAH, Pinnacle Air Holdings, and others are a bunch of seperate airlines that happen to be owned by a seperate holding company.
They do not meet that annual revenue threshold unless you take all the revenue from ALL the seperate companies.
For example;
AA and AE each meet that revenue threshold by themselves, yet we don't see Eagle in the majors do we? and rightfully so, since they aren't a major, they're a regional... just like the RAH and PNC.
Frontier isn't a major anymore than Virgin America is; so owning them doesn't cut it either.
This thread belongs in the regionals section.
