RAH is pretty much now a major airline, even though they have certificates in the feed business. They are not really a startup with F9 and Midwest. We may not be happy with how they got there, but it is what it is.

While some big regionals meet the federal financial threshold to be considered a major (SKW, AE, etc) we don't really go by that here since they are still capacity providers, not full-blown airlines, and the issues and discussions are the same as other regionals.
