Not true....Is not DESO...it is still icadet T&C... better known as Cadet SO. They offered it to all the DESO who were in the Hold Pool from 2008/2009...I think out of the 60 in the pool only 2 have taken the reinterview the rest were smart enough to turn it down.They can call it what they like but the T&C is not what used to be...
