No one is going to be at regionals for ever, my problem is I am at the low end of minimuns, so far QX is on the lowest posted minimuns I have seen.

That is why I started this thread to get info from current Junior FO's & senior guys at Horizon.

How much flying do U get per month on an average, or let's see in the last 6 months how much has any junior FO has done.

What is the pay like as compared to others

Someone said something abt a 2 yr training contract, do U know how much is that for....
You're not listening. If you don't want to be at a regional forever you need to log PIC time to move on. Currently at horizon it is 12-15 YEARS to upgrade to captain to start logging PIC time so you can move on. Keep building hours and apply to SkyWest if you want to be base on the west coast. You'll eventually upgrade there and be able to move on.
