It varies from what I hear. I personally had a holding pattern course reversal to an ILS that doesn't exist anymore. They had an old chart.

They also specifically asked us not to give out specifics on the interview, especially the sim. Just practice holds, arcs, procedure turns, approaches, and brush up on NDB stuff just in case. I had heard they have been known to bring those up on occasion. They use enough different approaches it would be hard to specifically prepare for. They will give you time to look over it, use that time wisely!
