I like that article. My kids are home-schooled via an online state run academy. They spend perhaps two to three hours a day at the computer and accomplish more than their traditional sit down school peers. Someone told me that back east there are school districts that are planning to make 30% of their high schoolers take classes at home online.
I can see a near future where much of our children's education is conducted online. My kids seem to like the computer based training much better and it leaves much more time for other things like lawn mowing and doing the dishes.
