When 11-04 in posted we should know if the trend in flying hours will generate a recall. The companies staffing model is just about right in 11-03 but 11-04 will be the key. The other problem is, the second the recall notices go out, they are going to ask for relief from the solidarity policy, which is going to be like getting 10-15% extra bodies overnight, so the amount of extra flying in 11-04 is going to have to be 5-10% over 11-03 to justify a recall.
Let them ask all they want. The IPA's stance should be, "F*ck you", plain and simple until EVERYONE is back on property or all furloughees are being paid at full rate. Until either one of those happen, business as usual around here.
