Thanks for taking the time to reply each issue question....

I haven't sat in a plane in 12 yrs, except an airliner as a passenger. And that's what scares me now, Have I forgotton everything.....
How much time should I need to become procifient again. Any Instrucors here may have any comments. Of course, I will know where I stand in few weeks, when I start flying again. I have started studying again though.

Lucky to have a Buddy, who is willing to take time out of his schedule & help me. Per him, I should be able to do everything in a cost effective way, just have to pay for the plane.

Yes, I am going to do the CFII & MEI, I have to fly the hours anyway, might as well get additonal ratings.

Anything else that I should keep in mind or do.
