While this is my own WAG, but most likely they are looking for someone that not only has 135mins, but a fair amount of PIC/Actual Instrument/Night/High-Performance Multi-time. Just like every other company internal recommendations will go a long way. If there are any star check runs that go into your local airport area, maybe try and chat up one of their pilots to get a gauge on how they like the company, back-of-the-clock lifestyle, etc.
I know your probably looking for hard numbers so here's my guess 1200-1500TT 100+ME 50+ Actual Instrument
