Now with this award, do we have to confront the Company with the transition conflicts individually or is our MEC going to tally the conflicts and propose the company a back compensation for the past violations.
And moving forward, what do we want?, if there is a offer from NK to keep the old ways of transition by getting something we WANT.
OR
Enforce the NEW transition and let them do what they want and we keep grieving stuff until a Judge actually penalizes NK with money.
