Question about payback days......

I understand when you GS on reserve, they mark your schedule with PB days.
-What is PR? (I'm guessing partial reserve)
-How do they calculate that?
-If I do a trip with a redeye (departs 11:50 on day 3, lands at 6AM day 4) is the trip considered a 4-day for payback credit?
