First of all, Airnet is a great flying experience. It will def. make you a better pilot, especially if you do any NE runs. I recently left after 4 yrs., and the culture changed alot in that time frame, mostly because of the decline in bank business. But things seemed more stable within the last year.
Your QOL and upgrade potential depend on how flexible you can be with travel and base location. Better for single people who are willing to move. After getting married, my flexibility changed so it was time to move on. Still a great plane to work IMHO, but not a long term career option.
