Depends what your looking for. Pay low, upgrade will not be long, but who knows compass is part of DCI and that is not safe. Owned by Transtates, which owns Compass, Gojet, and transtates, do you really think the Owner (the worst in the industry, makes JO look good) will play nice when contracts come up. He will start to move aircraft around like water. If your saying he won't do that, then well what ever, They all do it and he has done it in the past, and your MEC will be young and inexperienced just ripe to get a whooping. Eagle Which has its own problems will hire more 340 by late may and plans to hire 680 by December and continue into next year. Not sure if ASA/XJT hiring still but I'd go there before Compass, they have long term problems too. So really just put in your stuff anywhere, get hired and get out. But I wouldn't say Compass is the place to be.
