Isn't there a tax incentive for those on the DALs side with regards to health insurance? If you are getting PCGB money then ones health insurance can be tax deductible up to like $800 a month. I believe the program is better than that...
My understanding is the Health Coverage Tax Credit pays 80% of health care premiums for those eligible. The requirements are you must be at least 55 years old and receiving benefits from the PBGC.
