You can start training, for some reason or other you did not finish, not fail, just didn't finish. It is considered a failure. What a great industry.
It is indeed a crappy industry.
But I don't believe that people who are offered the chance to resign from a carrier (as is generally the case at AWAC) are recorded as Un-Sat, or Fail.
