But I don't believe that people who are offered the chance to resign from a carrier (as is generally the case at AWAC) are recorded as Un-Sat, or Fail.
I was TOLD by the CP(take that for what it is) that if I e-mailed him my official resignation(after our phone convo), he would then pass that along to HR so they could send me a separation packet and it would be officially listed as a resignation on my emp record.
It really sucks to hear the other stories on there though about what other companies do and the "business" they practice. Cut throat biz...
