Why can't this mentallity be switched around to where it is the cost of doing business for the company to pay a living wage from the start? Why is it that pilots are willing to give up so much and call it "investing in your job". Haven't we invested enough already to get to a position to be able to apply to Fedex or any other great job? Lets all have some respect for ourselves.
