Reserve sucks, doesn't matter where you're based, what you fly or whichever way you spin it. Living in base will make it a little more tolerable.

Junior domiciles. Right now new-hires are going to all three (ATL/IAD/DTW). ATL will always be the senior base, but DTW/IAD can be considered the junior bases.

Future expansion is anyone's guess. We can't even cover and complete the flying we have right now. Short staffed and lot's of maintenance issues.

They might still be interviewing, but last I heard there are no further new-hire classes scheduled on the ASA side as of now. I believe around 60 people have been hired so far this year.
