From what I've seen they've let people go who simply couldn't hack it. Or if they had some sort of bad attitude. The initial hiring process is very lax, which may be why guys are getting hired that aren't ready yet. Even one of my best buddies didn't make it off OE cause he struggled with flying the plane. Sucks but its just how it goes.
