I would think that it is unlikely conversation between employer and employee on a regular basis. Maybe you should cut someone you don't even know a little slack and hold your vinegar for the object of your contempt instead of asking jsf "what the hell is a matter with you".
I might start off with "hey jsf......if we are talking about the same guy, do you know his background?"
