I don't think so. SF and AW came in and talked to us in CQ and said that the door closure time is what is calculated for 3 hour rule and that you must move the airplane 50 feet in order for the clock to start on pay. Even though the jets only need to move 10 feet, AW said that the GPS was so sensitive that if the wind pushed the airplane, it could start sending times.

So they made it 50 feet just in case. How much wind would it take to move a 30,000 pound airplane 10 feet?
