Really? Although I don't fly big airplanes, that's not what I see at all, but then I fly little airplanes where the pilots are absolutely concerned and outraged about scope and job security. Fortunately, there are still a fair number of little airplane pilots (FLAPS?) at Ual, and most certainly at the combined UCAL. That "might" be different on a bigger jet, but I have no experience other than sight and sound from the guys jumping to work...
